One place to start.
Two clear routes.

IT support is for businesses only. Residential enquiries are limited to WiFi coverage issues and CCTV.

NEW ENQUIRIES

Need help for the first time?

Tell us what is happening and how it affects your business. We will discuss the next step and explain the work and costs.

For a one off business IT issue, explore Pay as you go Support. Residential requests must relate to WiFi coverage or CCTV.

EXISTING CUSTOMERS

Get help with your current service.

Use the support channel agreed for your service when reporting an issue or following up on an existing request.

If you need help finding that channel, call or email us. Include your company name and any existing request reference so we can identify the work.

Support hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Response expectations depend on your agreed service.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

A little context helps us help you.

  1. 01

    Tell us what is affected.

Let us know which device, application or connection is involved and whether it affects one person or the wider business.

  2. 02

    Explain what changed.

Describe when the issue started, any message on screen and anything you have already tried.

  3. 03

    Agree the next step.

We will explain whether remote help, an on site visit or a project is the right next step.

REMOTE ASSISTANCE

Already speaking with a technician?

If remote access is needed, your technician will explain how to start a session using the agreed support tool. Contact us first so the session and the work are arranged together.

Can I contact you if I am not an existing customer?

Yes. Tell us what you need help with. We will discuss whether we can help and explain the proposed work and costs.

How quickly can you help?

Availability and timing depend on the request and your support arrangements. Existing managed customers should use their agreed support channel; this page does not change the terms of their service.

Do you offer one off help?

For an individual issue or a defined task, explore Pay as you go Support and contact us to discuss what is needed.
