Can Microsoft 365 management be included in Managed IT?
Yes. Administration can be included within an appropriate Managed IT service. The agreed scope sets out which tasks and users are supported.
Can you help when someone joins or leaves?
User onboarding and offboarding can form part of the agreed service, including the relevant account and access administration tasks.
Is a migration covered by the monthly service?
Microsoft 365 migrations are treated as project work. We discuss the requirements and quote for the project separately from ongoing managed support.
