Discuss Managed IT

Managed IT support for small and growing businesses that need reliable technology without the cost and complexity of managing IT themselves.

Supported services, network inclusion and response expectations depend on your agreed scope and requirements.

A service shaped around you

Clear monthly pricing.

No two businesses have exactly the same technology environment.

A five person company operating from one office has very different requirements from a thirty person business operating across several locations.

Rather than forcing your business into a one size fits all price, we'll assess your requirements and provide a clear monthly quotation.

Know what your monthly cost covers.

Once your requirements and supported environment have been agreed, you'll know what your managed service costs each month.

Projects, hardware and work outside the agreed managed service scope will be identified and quoted separately where required.

Your monthly Managed IT cost will therefore depend on factors including:

  • Number of users

  • Number and type of devices

  • Business locations

  • Microsoft 365 requirements

  • Cybersecurity requirements

  • Backup requirements

  • Network infrastructure

  • Required level of management and support

Proactive management, built around your business.

Day to day support is one part of the service. Depending on your plan and agreed scope, we also monitor, maintain and administer the technology your team relies on.

Devices and maintenance

Device health monitoring, Windows patch management and routine maintenance help identify issues before they interrupt your team.

Microsoft 365 and users

Account and licence administration, onboarding and offboarding keep access aligned with your business.

Microsoft 365 management

Security and backups

Agreed endpoint security, security administration and backup monitoring form part of ongoing IT management.

Cybersecurity services

Networks and planning

Where included, managed networks, connectivity monitoring and IT reviews support your wider infrastructure.

Network management
A clear path to support

IT support without the guesswork.

When your employees need help, they shouldn't need to work out who to contact.

RC provides a defined route for IT support.

  1. Request

Your employee reports an IT problem or request through the agreed support channel.

  2. Triage

The request is reviewed, categorised and prioritised according to its impact and urgency.

  3. Resolve

Where possible, the issue is investigated and resolved remotely.

  4. Escalate

Problems requiring additional investigation, third party involvement or on site work are escalated appropriately.

  5. Document

Relevant information and resolutions are documented to help improve future support.

Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Requests are prioritised by business impact and urgency; response expectations are defined in your agreement.

Know what is covered

Clear boundaries. No confusion.

Managed IT covers the ongoing support and management agreed within your service.

Some requirements fall outside normal managed support and are treated as separate projects.
