This policy explains cookies and similar technologies relevant to the current RC IT Services website. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that websites or third party services can store in your browser. Similar technologies can store information or identify a browser without a traditional cookie. Their purposes can include security, remembering preferences, analytics and advertising.
The current website
Essential website functions are available without analytics. Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Accept analytics”. We do not load its tag or send analytics events before that choice, or when a saved choice is “Reject analytics”. Advertising pixels are not enabled.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare receives technical requests to deliver and protect the website. Hosting or security features may use cookies or similar technologies depending on the features in use and the request. This is separate from the website’s application code. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.
OpenStreetMap on the Contact page
The Contact page automatically loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. The Leaflet map software, coverage coordinates and town labels are served with this website. Tile requests disclose technical information such as your IP address and referring website to the map provider.
The website does not add analytics, advertising or visitor location tracking to the map. OpenStreetMap controls its tile service and its associated processing. Read the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy for current information.

Your choices
Browser settings can block third party content, including map tiles and spam verification. Blocking these may prevent the map or direct enquiry form from working. You can contact us by email or telephone instead. The coverage map loads only on the Contact page.

The current site does not provide an on site cookie preference panel. Browser settings do not undo information already sent when a third party service has loaded.
The enquiry form
When direct submission is enabled, the contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and interaction for verification, and its security services may use cookies or similar technologies. Resend delivers the enquiry email through the server; it does not add an advertising or analytics script to the page. The website does not store enquiry details in browser storage.
If the form offers “Open email app”, it prepares a message in your own email application instead. Your email application or provider may have its own storage and privacy arrangements. Blocking Turnstile may prevent direct submission; email and telephone contact remain available.
Future changes
If additional analytics, advertising tools, preference storage or other integrations are introduced, this policy and any relevant choices will need to reflect the features actually in use. The date above identifies the latest update.

Analytics cookies and your choice
After you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies such as rcits_ga and rcits_ga_ZFZE12SWF7 to distinguish visits. The tag is configured with a cookie lifetime of up to 180 days; cookies may be renewed while analytics remains accepted.
We remember your analytics choice in local storage under rcits.analyticsConsent.v1 for 180 days. It stores the choice and its expiry time, without form contents or identifying profile information. If browser storage is blocked or cleared, you may be asked again.
Use “Analytics settings” in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting analytics disables further collection by the tag and clears accessible analytics cookies for this website. It does not affect the enquiry form, necessary security services or coverage map.
