Everyday user, device and account issues can often be investigated remotely. We agree which users, systems and services are supported before the service begins.

On site work

Installations, WiFi coverage work and issues that need hands on attention are arranged as on site visits or separately scoped projects. Contact us to discuss your location and requirements.

Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. IT support is for businesses only. Response expectations, responsibilities and the route for requesting help are agreed as part of your service. Project work, equipment and tasks outside that scope are discussed and quoted separately where required.

Residential work is limited to WiFi coverage issues and CCTV. We do not provide general home IT, computer, software or account support. Contact us to discuss your WiFi coverage or CCTV requirements.
